Full Property Management
10% per month plus £325 set up

9% per month plus £275 set up

Additional Services
We also offer a range of additional services from Energy Performance Certificates, which are required to be renewed every ten years, through to arranging annual gas and electrical inspections through our local team of appointed contractors.
